Transfiguration For Terriers: Mastering The Art of Canine Manners

It Every wizard needs to start somewhere—and for our canine companions, Private Lessons are where the magic begins.
These one-on-one sessions last approximately 90 minutes and can be held in your home or out in the world, depending on the behaviors we’re working to address. In most cases, we begin at home, where your dog is most comfortable—helping ensure their most magical (or mischievous!) behaviors appear for training.
Before our session, we’ll discuss your training goals and gather a detailed history of your dog’s behavior and background. This helps us tailor the experience to suit their needs and set the stage for lasting success.
Please note: Proof of current vaccinations is required prior to your appointment.
A Private Lesson is also required before enrolling in our Full or Mini Day Training programs. -

Mini Day Training is a shorter, yet equally magical, version of our full Day Training program—crafted for dogs who are ready to practice their skills in the real world, but may not need a full day of adventure.
This enchanted 2-hour session includes personalized, hands-on training tailored to your dog’s unique goals and behavior needs. Pick-up and drop-off are arranged in advance, with your pup safely transported via crate or canine seatbelt—no flying broomsticks required!
Your dog will train in a variety of real-world “classrooms,” which may include parks, pet-friendly shops, restaurant patios, or other locations discussed during your intake—each chosen to challenge and reinforce their skills in everyday settings.
You’ll receive a detailed progress report, spellbinding snapshots from their journey, and homework (or should we say “enrichment scrolls”) to continue their magical progress at home.
Please note: Proof of current vaccinations is required prior to training, along with the completion of a Private Lesson or Behavior Consultation. Every great magical education starts with a strong foundation!

When the behaviors go beyond simple spells—er, obedience—Behavior Consultations step in.
These in-depth sessions (up to 1.5 hours) are designed for dogs with more complex or concerning behaviors that require a personalized behavior modification plan. Prior to the session, we’ll conduct a thorough phone intake to discuss your dog’s behavior history, health, and any magical—or not-so-magical—factors contributing to their challenges.
If, during the consultation, it becomes clear that your dog’s behavior is best addressed by a certified behaviorist or veterinary behaviorist, you’ll receive a list of referrals. No further training sessions will be scheduled until your dog has been assessed and a treatment plan from the behaviorist has been shared with us. This ensures that everything we do aligns with their professional guidance—no spell clashes here!

A Behavior Consultation or Private Lesson is required before joining our Day Training programs. -

Think of Day Training as your dog’s magical field trip—a full day of adventure, learning, and real-world experience.
We’ll pick up your dog from your home and whisk them away for a day of custom-tailored training, based on the behaviors and goals we’ve discussed beforehand. They’ll work in a variety of settings—parks, pet-friendly shops, restaurant patios, and anywhere else selected during our intake process—all designed to reinforce good behavior in real-life scenarios.
At the end of their training journey, your pup will return home with a detailed progress update, photos from their magical day, and custom “homework” to continue their progress.
For safety, all dogs travel securely—no Floo Powder here—either in a crate or with a dog seatbelt.
Please note: Proof of current vaccinations and a completed Private Lesson or Behavior Consultation are required before training begins.
