Before we can begin training your Magical Beast, please take a moment to review the Flourish & Barks Training Agreement. This important parchment outlines what you can expect from us, what we’ll expect from you, and how we’ll work together to help your dog flourish.

Before selecting an appointment through the calendar, please complete the form below so we can learn more about you, your dog, and your training goals. Submission of the form and a current copy of vaccinations is required prior to the start of any training services.
